On Monday August 10, 2026 beginning at 7:00 AM there will be a gas outage in relation to ongoing HVAC work at the Regent Theater Complex.

-HVAC units will not be available during this work, cooling systems will be offline.
-Domestic hot water may not be available for approximately two hours in some locations during this time.
-Standard Power, Emergency Power, fire alarms and other life safety systems within the building will remain active during the outage.
