The vendor has applied mitigations and we are now seeing recovery across Orange Tracker navigation services. Project sidebars are now loading as expected. We will continue to monitor the situation, and will provide full resolution confirmation once the vendor relays that information.

Investigating
We are investigating an issue impacting the project sidebar and navigation in Orange Tracker. Users may encounter timeouts or missing menus when attempting to access project views. The search bar at the top is still functional to navigate into specific Orange Tracker projects. In some instances, loading of the sidebar has been successful after 60 seconds.
